The Office of the Executive Director is responsible for the co-ordination and integration of service delivery across the organisation. This includes the collaborative development of the Brisbane Catholic Education Strategic Renewal Plan and the development of mechanisms and protocols to ensure appropriate consistency and quality assurance of services provided to schools, students and staff.
Religious education and evangelisation are vital to the mission of Brisbane Catholic Education, and for this reason, they are co-ordinated by the Deputy Executive Director. This encompasses the teaching of the Catholic faith to students and the development of the personal faith formation of students and staff.
The Executive Director undertakes liaison with a wide range of Church, government and external bodies. Other responsibilities of the Office of the Executive Director include governance and performance, school renewal and accountability, communications, marketing and promotion of BCE schools and Catholic education in the Archdiocese in general.
