Early Career Teachers

A spiritual and theological formation program was launched in 2019 as a key component of our new Early Career Teacher program. Early career teachers were provided with opportunities to participate in spiritual and theological formation through retreats, masterclasses, immersion and pilgrimage experiences. The formation program resulted in transformational responses, high levels of engagement and a deeper connection with the Christian tradition. This program continued to evolve and to empower teachers in the early stages of their careers.

Student and staff formation

A significant project built on research and best practice in relation to student and staff formation resulted in the development of a position statement, guidelines, procedures and other resources for use in schools. These resources formed a coordinated system approach and ensured a consistent high-quality formation program for students and staff.
