Senior Leaders

​​​​​​​​Vacancies for senior leadership positions (Principal, P-12 Head, Deputy Principal, Assistant Principal and Assistant Principal Religious Education) in Brisbane Catholic Education schools are advertised  throughout the year on the Brisbane Catholic Education online employment page.

All applications must be submitted online.

  Referee Statements:

  • Two referee statements for all Senior Leadership applications are required, one from the Parish Priest and one from the current Principal/Line Manager.   Preferably, these statements will be from the same people also nominated on the application form.
  • Referee Statements will be kept on file for 12 months from the date submitted and will automatically be included with subsequent applications during this period. 
  • These two Referee Statements should be submitted from your current Parish Priest and Principal/Line Manager separate from your application, directly to:

Transcripts of Qualifications

Actual transcripts or your qualifications relevant to the position being applied for should be submitted with the online application (if you are appointed you will be asked for a copy of your transcripts if they have not been submitted with your application:

  • Transcripts should show all subjects completed
  • If a qualification is not complete, an unofficial transcript of subjects completed to date is acceptable.
  • Transcripts are not required to be certified
