Planning Using the Leuven Report
Data and Reports
The reports issued by the
Catholic University of Leuven which contain the analysis of the school data are
usually sent to schools through Brisbane Catholic Education Office.
Raw data can be accessed by
the school administrator (usually the principal) prior to return of the report
by logging directly onto the Enhancing Catholic Schools Identity Project
(Click for ECSIP
Access codes will be provided to the school’s administrator
so they can access this material. Instructions on how to access this data is available in the document Instructions for accessing school data linked below.

Once schools have received
their reports, members of the Professional Learning, Formation and Leadership
Team and/or Religious Education Services Team will be available to assist schools to interpret their data and to help with strategic planning regarding the recommendations presented in the report.

Goals developed from the Leuven Report recommendations would need to be incorporated into the school's strategic plan. This will allow for a more integrated approach to strengthening
Catholic identity within the school. Please contact the Professional Learning,
Formation and Leadership Team, Education Officers- Religious Education or Area
Supervisors for assistance with aligning the recommendations with the school Strategic Renewal Plan.
