Leadership
The pre-eminent doctrinal principle of
leadership in the Church is founded in the fact that the church is a communio, the people of God. This
understanding recognises that everyone shares in the responsibility of mission
– the charism of Christian leadership is calling forth the gift in others to
action that mission.
