Spirituality and Formation

Spiritual formation is foundational to the leading and teaching vocations of Catholic educators. Formation in a ‘head, heart and hands’ approach makes meaningful connection between the personal spirituality of each person, the wider story of the community and the mystery of God’s reality in all of life. BCE has developed a comprehensive approach to formation for all staff. The framework, underpinning principles and resources reflect a strong theological foundation, understanding of spirituality formation and tradition.
