Purchases under existing supply arrangements or contracts
The terms and conditions used by Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) will depend on how the goods and/or services have been sourced. When a separate formal agreement has been signed by the parties, then that formal agreement will take precedence over BCE's standard terms and conditions identified below.

Conditions of offer
The Conditions of Offer will apply where BCE is seeking quotes to enter into a contract. The Conditions of Offer can be accessed via the following link:
Purchasing terms & conditions
The Purchasing Terms & Conditions will apply when:
- the Supplier accepts a 'Purchase Order' from BCE; or
- following the receipt of a Purchase Order, when the Supplier provides the 'Deliverables' set out in that 'Purchase Order'.

Supplier Code of Conduct
The BCE Supplier Code of Conduct applies to all suppliers of BCE.
