Our 2025-2027 Strategic Plan aims to clearly define our goals and establish a shared understanding of our priorities to achieve these goals.

In challenging times and an evolving landscape, our plan provides staff and leadership with the guidance needed for decision-making. Our system success measures and KPIs offer clear, measurable goals to track our progress.

To develop this plan, we initiated an organisation-wide consultation process starting in July 2023.

This phased development process included:

100+ student voices via the Festival of Ideas
30+ hours of workshops
100's presentation slides
4 External review meetings
Many Briefing papers to Leadership, Executive and Catholic Education Council
Monthly updates to promote transparency and collaboration.
