It empowers students, staff and communities to grow, thrive and flourish – now and into the future – through evidence-based priorities and shared accountability across our system. This goal is underpinned by three objectives, each focused on a key group within our BCE community:
- Students: Every student will flourish through excellence in learning and wellbeing.
- Staff: Every staff member will demonstrate high-performing, innovative practice in leading and enabling learning and wellbeing.
- Community: Every BCE community will connect through systemic practices to contribute to the collective transformation of learning and wellbeing.
