Formation and community engagement 09 Mar 2025 ©Brisbane Catholic Education (2025). Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone impacted by Cyclone Alfred over the last few days. Brisbane Catholic Education is pleased to announce that many of our schools will re-open tomorrow (Monday 10 March), following the advice of the Queensland Government and Queensland Catholic Education Commission today. We are working with our schools to undertake risk assessments to determine any localised impact, this means that some schools may need to remain closed due to their individual circumstances. Schools in the Gold Coast region will remain closed. You will receive communication directly from your school about its status for tomorrow. Please continue to check your emails for direct communication from your school and also the Queensland Government’s School Closure website for the most up to date information - https://closures.qld.edu.au/
