Inspired by their own unique bond and combined service goals, San Sisto College, Carina student triplets are leading with purpose this International Women’s Day (8 March).

Rhianna, Chelsea, and Jade are not only on the same Year 12 leadership team, but they are also family!

In 2026 the triplets have stepped into the following leadership roles at San Sisto College:

  • Rhianna - College Captain,

  • Chelsea - Community Captain,

  • Jade - Faith & Justice Captain.

Rhianna said being elected together means we can give back to the school that’s given us so much, while each leading in our own way.

“It’s been a real privilege to have my sisters by my side throughout our schooling journey, supporting each other through every challenge, and now our captaincies,” she said.

“We hope to inspire other young women to pursue leadership,” she said.

Chelsea said, “we’re proud to be built-in best friends and to show that sisters can lead together and chase big dreams together”.

Principal Warren Bath said seeing three siblings so united in their vision and mission for life and service was a rare occurrence.

“Their shared commitment is not only remarkable in itself, but also a powerful example of how family and College values can shape a collective sense of purpose,” he said.

“Although united in more ways than one, the triplets will bring their own unique talents, aspirations to the College community in their final year.

“Their appointment reflects our College’s values of unity, aspiration, and service that underpin our community.”

After school the triplets aspire to join the Australian Defence Force Academy.

Jade said leadership at San Sisto had taught them about teamwork, service and resilience - qualities they’ll carry into the Air Force.
