Students

If you have difficulty logging in, please contact your teacher and they will assist you.

However, if they cannot resolve the issue, your teacher will contact BCE Service Now, on your behalf.

Parents/carers

If you encounter any difficulties logging in, we recommend trying our troubleshooting guide first. If that does not resolve the issue, please don't hesitate to reach out to your school's support team for further assistance. 

In the rare event that your school is unable to resolve the problem, they will escalate the issue to BCE Service Now on your behalf.
