This year, we welcome
St Ann's Primary School to our network of 142 south-east Queensland archdiocesan schools.
Located in Redbank Plains the school is named in honour of St Ann - the mother of the Virgin Mary and grandmother of Jesus.
Like all our schools, St Ann's will nurture and guide, and seek to identify the unique talents of each and every student.
Success in life is not only measured by how well we do for ourselves but, more importantly, how well we treat and care for others. This is at the heart of a Catholic education.
The identification and location of new schools and colleges is incorporated within a strategic planning program employed by Brisbane Catholic Education. This program draws upon local and state government policies and initiatives which impact on population growth, settlement patterns, infrastructure and land development across the Archdiocese. The values of our schools draw upon the richness and wisdom of Catholic tradition. We welcome all who share or seek these same values for their children.
Please contact School Development Services on (07) 3033 7000 for further information regarding the new schools.
Proposed schools develop through a process of church and government approvals and if successful are planned to open in the following years:
