At Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE), we provide an education to believe in. Across our network of 146 schools in South East Queensland, we support students from Prep to Year 12 with high-quality education grounded in faith and values. While each school is proud of its unique culture and community, we are united in our mission to nurture students’ minds, hearts, and spirits through every stage of their learning journey.
Supporting every student’s potential
Our schools recognise that every student is unique, with their own interests and aspirations. Through tailored learning experiences and the support of educators who genuinely care about the success and wellbeing of each child, our students are challenged and supported to achieve their best.
Educating for life
Our united mission isn’t just about preparing students for today - it’s about preparing them for life, no matter what the future holds. By combining academic excellence with a commitment to nurturing the whole child, our students grow into compassionate, well-rounded individuals equipped with the skills to make meaningful contributions to society.
Values-driven communities
Our Christian faith is at the heart of everything we do, and our schools welcome and celebrate diversity, embracing families from all backgrounds and beliefs. Our inclusive and values-driven communities provide safe spaces for students to explore who they are and who they want to become. With faith as a foundation, we encourage students to live with kindness, integrity, and hope, becoming global citizens who strive to make the world a better place.
Prioritising wellbeing
BCE schools prioritise students’ wellbeing by creating environments where children feel happy, comfortable, and safe. Evidence-based programs and dedicated support services help students navigate challenges and build resilience, ensuring they have the confidence and support they need to succeed.
Partnering with families and communities
It takes a village to raise a child, and we value the importance of community and partnerships with families. By working closely with parents and carers, we strive to ensure the best outcomes for every child. Our schools foster strong connections in their local communities and regularly collaborate with parishes, community groups, and local businesses, extending their community beyond the school gates.
Through our partnership with Catholic Early EdCare, we provide a seamless education and care journey from the early years through to Year 12. Catholic Early EdCare operates kindergartens and Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services, many of which are co-located with our primary schools, ensuring families have access to high-quality care and education in a familiar and supportive environment.
This sense of belonging inspires students to care for one another, fostering lifelong friendships built on shared values, trust, and mutual respect.
Affordable and accessible
We believe every family should have the opportunity to access a high-quality Catholic education. Our school fees are often more affordable than expected, and we are committed to supporting families through financial assistance, including family discounts, bursaries, and flexible payment options. We encourage families to speak with their local BCE school to learn more about fees and the support available.
